Research And Design Of Cutting Machine Control System

The full-automatic CNC cutting machine is a modernized tailor machine to finish cutting schedule track in two-dimensional surface which has characteristics such as high tailor accuracy, fast speed, easy operation, and high use ratio, it can enhance productivity on the premise of ensuring quality, it is the production edge tool for tailor manufacturing enterprises.Based on related literatures at home and abroad, this paper designs a cutting machine control system which based on SYNTEC motion controller, the control system takes PC as serve center, realizes the communication between computer and motion via reticle. After processed by PC, the graphic data file can be sended to the motion controller to work, the main research contents are as follows:1. Designs and explores the cutting machine upper computer software which has succinct user operational interface, operate functions as follows: the move, zoom in and zoom out, and composting of graphic, parameter setting, selection of cutting knives, and simulated knifing of material. It can also analysis and optimize the PLT graphic data file created by CAD software,send cut orders file to the motion controller to act;2. Explores the monitor interface, realizes the monitoring of the running status of cutting machine and the control to organization, on-off status of cutting knives, for example. Realizes the feedback of knife location on the upper computer trajectory in dot form during cutting, and show the work status of machine to user;3. Creates reasonable and effective process path compensation on the basis of the structural characteristics of cutting knife, realizes the cut of several knives and the change of the knife Automatically;At last,this paper tests and validates the cutting machine control system, the result indicates that the cutting machine can cut along desired trajectory glossily and fleetly, the feedback of the location and status messages of the machine can be made to PC timely, the result is consistent with anticipated effect.
