Intelligent storage system is applied in logistics industry.With the development of science in the industrial control field,various types of logistics and transportation workshops have increasingly strict requirements on the degree of automation.Under this background,this paper researches and designs a yarn truck control system based on PLC control in the intelligent yarn truck logistics storage system.The yarn truck in the intelligent yarn truck logistics storage system designed in this paper is a kind of logistics handling equipment,which is mainly composed of two sets of mechanical equipment,the upper machine and unloader machine.Through detailed analysis of the process flow and control requirements of the yarn conveying production line,the yarn truck control system of the whole intelligent yarn truck logistics storage system is divided into two aspects: hardware and software for research and design.In the hardware design,The yarn truck control system uses Schneider M258 series programmable controller.The designed yarn truck control system uses PLC to control the servo motor to drive the forward and backward,lift and rotation of the upper machine,and the frequency converter to control the expansion and retraction of the fork of the upper machine and unloader machine.In the software design,the main program of the whole yarn truck control system is divided into two parts for writing,automatic mode and manual mode,and the human-machine interface program is written.The yarn truck control system in intelligent yarn truck logistics storage system designed in this paper can meet the requirements of manufacturers after no-load debugging of Schneider Laboratory and field installation and debugging.
