With information technology being extensively used in the medical treatment and public health area, various scales of hospitals commence deploying HIS system to improve the efficiency of information management, so as to enhance the efficiency of the whole hospital's operating system.Let's take the drug distributing system as an example, nowadays many hospitals still take the conventional manual way to dispense medicines, which works sluggishly and can easily cause mistakes. However, with an automated intelligent delivering system, these demerits can be easily made up and the work of distributing drugs will operate in a highly efficient way.The thesis designs the hypogynous computer section of the pharmacy intelligent controlling and managing system, in accordance of MSP430SCM (Single Chip Micyoco), and chooses MSP430F149 microprocessor as hardware platform at last. In terms of hardware design; the thesis has mainly accomplished the design of SCM and its necessary peripheral circuit, serial interface communication module circuit and motor driver circuit. In respect of software design, with C programming language the thesis has achieved the design of HMI (Human-computer interface) Software and serial interface communication module circuit software and stepping motor speed position control in IAR development environment. On the basis of completing the design of both hardware and software, the thesis presents respective tests to the system hardware, UART communication module and HMI software. In the end, it analyses the merit and demerits of the system and provides some advice for a further improvement and perfection.
