As one of the attached industries of the clothing industry,the embroidery industry flourished along with the furthering of reformation and opening and the high-speed development of the clothing industry.The tradition handworking art embroidery has been developed by leaps and bounds in essence in the information society.The computerized embroidery machine is the combination of the tradition embroidery and electric and machinery,and the core of it is the control of the motors. It is inevitable to develop the numerical control system with high performance-price ratio for this product of high cost.The numerical control system for industrial computerized embroidery machine has been researched and designed in this paper.First,the characteristic,the structure,the working principle and the control method of the main two kinds of motor composed to the computerized embroidery machine has been analyzed.Several driving ways for the synchronous brushless direct current motor has been analyzed and the full-bridge driving method in star-style connection of three-phrase motor has been chosen as the control strategy in this paper;kinds of driving ways of stepping motor has been deeply discussed and the subdivision driving technology has been chosen.The space vector algorithm has been meticulously studied and a control technology of SVPWM subdivision driving based on the DSP had been advanced by combining the subdivision driving and the SVPWM.In the aspect of hardware,the TMS320F2812 DSP chip which is specially used for motor control of TI Company has been used as the main-control chip in this paper. By analyzing every composing chain of servo system deeply,and according to the characteristic of TMS320F2812,the design on the servo system of brushless direct current has been finished.The subdivision driving technology with SVPWM based on TMS320F2812 has been detailed analyzed and the driving and the control of three-phrase hybrid stepping motor has been realized.In the aspect of software,the modularized programming method has been adopted and the Clanguage has been used to design the entire figure stack.Regard to the control system of man-machine interface of PC,the assemble language and the C language has been combined used to realize the control algorithms of all motors in the computerized embroidery machine.And the programs has debugged and perfected in CCS3.1 and then burned into the RAM in DSP for coordinate movement control.A great quantity of experiment testing and analyze has been worked out in the base of hardware installation and control software.The experiment result proved that the numerical control system of computerized embroidery machine designed and developed in this paper is equitable,simple,reliable and high effect.It has the feature of response quickly and location accurate and it can realize the functions of man-machine interface,start-stopping control,speed regulation and backstitch.The testing result demonstrates that the whole hardware and software in this control system is designed reasonable and practicable.It can satisfy the demand of the computerized embroidery machine.The performance of it is steady and reliable,and the computerized embroidery machine has fine market prospect.
