In the industrial control system,as a medium for interaction and information exchange between human and industrial site equipment,HMI occupies a pivotal position in the entire industrial production.With the transformation and upgrading of intelligent production of enterprises,industrial automatic production has been rapidly developed,however,the development of HMI is relatively slow,which cannot meet the needs of users for the rapidly developed industrial automation.The main problems are as follows:1)Lack of research on HMI under the embedded bare machine environment.HMI is developed into the graphical interface from the original text form,and continues to develop into multimedia dynamic graphical interface,and the traditional embedded component models have not been suitable for multimedia human-machine interface;2)Lack of research on the operating environment of multimedia human-machine interface under the embedded bare machine interface;3)The existing industrial control configuration software does not have a uniform format for the storage of human-machine interface projects and lacks the corresponding storage specification and the human-machine interface cannot be exchanged between platforms.Therefore,HMI cross-platform multiplexing is not supported.Based on the above problems,this paper mainly made the following innovative works: 1)Studied the dynamic component model of multimedia human-machine interface and the formal description to it had been conducted;2)Studied the overall architecture of the dynamic human-machine interface under the embedded bare machine and its related technologies;3)To realize the multiplexing of the HMI project,after the research of existing user interface description model and XML standard of TC6 organization to three graph programming languages of IEC61131-3,a preliminary exploration and research of HMI storage standard was made and a platform and equipment-independent human-machine interface storage model was put forward.Last,on the CASS platform researched and developed independently in the laboratory,this paper realized the operating environment of multimedia human-machine interface under the embedded bare machine environment,and simultaneously realized the multimedia component with animation function,and verified the proposed HMI storage model.
