| In the modernization process of industrial control, the precise positioning based on the servo motor is progressing towards a road of high precision, high efficiency and flexibility, which better satisfy the requirements for equipment performance:the hardware of controller is becoming more standardized through software to satisfy the control requirements from customers. The servo system technology can not only change the speed, but also control the position, acceleration and rotary speed; moreover, it has much higher dynamic performance than the common frequency conversion motor has.This paper, based on the theory of original bearing pressing machine, studies and develops a new kind of bearing pressing machine through utilizing the mature servo technology and PLC. It first introduces the mode selection of touch screen, PLC and servo motor; then it shows the PLC programs about manual control, automotive control and home position return, etc. with use of Wplsoft (Delta full range of Chinese programming software) based on the control requirements; as well as develops the man-machine interface through using the screeneditor (Delta man-machine interface editing software), which make it more convenient for users to operate the machines. Finally, it debugs the parameters of the servo system, which verify the feasibility of the program.With system testing and analysis of experimental results, the precise positioning based on the servo system has verified that the bearing pressing machine can greatly reduce the noise aroused in the production and improve the sensitivity of system. The whole system adopts the closed-loop control, which make the positioning more precise and fully satisfy the control requirements.As this bearing pressing machine can effectively improve the processing accuracy and production efficiency, increase the automation, simplify the operation as well as suite the large-scale production, it has a broad market prospect. |
