At present,there is no large-scale market application of 3D printing in China.At the same time,compared with the mass customization production model,the personalized customization production model has gradually become the mainstream production model today.At present,personalized customization users have more and more creative and demanding products,and product shapes are becoming more and more complex.Therefore,traditional manufacturing companies cannot achieve the satisfaction of personalized customization users.One is that it can complete the manufacture of more complex shapes.However,there is no good relationship between 3D printing companies and personalized customization users,and the two are relatively passive.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore a good manufacturing model suitable for 3D printing companies and personalized customization users.This article combines the current popular manufacturing service model,namely cloud manufacturing,to solve the existing problems between 3D printing companies and personalized users.The specific research content includes the following aspects:(1)Analyze the current status of research on cloud manufacturing,3D printing industry and personalized customization.With reference to the concept of cloud manufacturing,the overall framework of personalized customization service platform for 3D printing products is established.The module functions,application methods,Analysis of the operation mechanism,etc.;(2)Explained several key technologies involved in the personalized cloud service platform for 3D printing products,specifically analyzed the virtualization packaging framework,and described the process of resource virtualization.(3)Discuss the search and matching methods and service matching process of 3D printing personalized custom product requirements and resources,and analyze the database of the cloud service platform.(4)Plan the layout of the cloud service platform's pages,and complete the cloud platform web page based on the cloud experimental platform of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology.(5)Aiming at the special types of services in the cloud service platform,a cloud logistics service plan for 3D printing personalized customized products was proposed,and a mathematical model was established with the objective of operating costs,transportation costs,and minimum carbon emissions,using NSGA-? The genetic algorithm verifies the feasibility of the mathematical model.
