In 2013,the President of China Xi Jinping put forward the"One Belt and One Road"initiative.Compared with the previous international economic cooperation,the "One Belt And One Road" initiative has a profound connotation.It not only includes the international economic cooperation,but also emphasizes policy communication and mutual understanding among people in addition to the "interconnectivity" of roads,trade and currencies between regions.President Xi Jinping highlighted the significance of the "five links":policy communication,road connectivity,unimpeded trade,currency circulation and people-to-people exchanges.Kazakhstan is a major strategic partner of China and a country along the " Belt and Road" construction route.The Kazakh media paid great attention to China's " Belt and Road" initiative,especially in the report during the international cooperation peak,which reached a new height in both quantity and scale.Most of its emotion tended to be positive,but negative voices still existed.In my opinion,China's mainstream media should strengthen the construction of external communication platform and enhance the awareness of " Belt and Road" initiative in all walks of life in Kazakhstan.At the same time,it should balance the interests of countries along the belt and road and create a good public opinion environment,which is great significance of the future cooperation and development of the two countries.In 2016 and 2017,the two years of China-Kazakhstan media exchanges were announced,the two sides identified 227 cooperation projects,of which 189 have been successfully completed.During the " Belt and Road" period,these projects will effectively promote the cooperation of the mainstream media in China and Kazakhstan,and these projects will also strengthen the existing foundation of media cooperation between the two sides.Win-win cooperation is the consensus reached by Chinese and Kazakh media to deepen cooperation,and it is also the concept that mainstream Chinese and Kazakh media should jointly advocate.In the context of the comprehensive integration of the " Belt and Road" initiative,the creation of a community of interest for Chinese and Kazakh media will further promote the development of the relations between two countries,enhance the friendship and mutual understanding between two people,strive for the external voices of the two countries,and promote the establishment of a fair and reasonable international public opinion order.The media plays an important role in the dissemination of national information,so it has become an important research object to explore the attitudes and tendencies of the state.For the remaining reasons above,this paper will select domestic media research objects in Kazakhstan to try to study the distribution analysis and quantitative change analysis of "Belt and Road" initiative and the social reality constructed by it.In specific media on selected from Kazakhstan,on the one hand,two or more news agency,the mainstream media,such as the print and television news,on the other hand,covers the internal reports and propaganda of two aspects,select a more representative of the Kazakh international news agency,"Kazakhstan Pravda","Kazakhstan's TV","Kazakhstan" four mainstream media as the research object,and use the second year in Kazakhstan International TenCent Social internship convenient conditions,set the key words to "area" "the silk road economic belt" "Marine silk road",etc.,and limited time range is 2013 to 2018.Effective literature and data were obtained.On the quantity analysis method,based on the research content selection framework theory as the theoretical basis,combined with the quantity analysis method to classify relevant articles,in the process of research,first of all articles coding,mainly aims at the time of the report,the content and news sources such as descriptive statistics analysis,summarizes the four mainstream media news reports about the " area" initiative of the basic features,then based on the theory of framework,build the above four mainstream media framework,and on the basis of detailed analysis.Through research and analysis,finally it is concluded that the above four mainstream media to build content and the distribution of positive tendency is given priority and reported by the amount of content and distribution,and reported the news reflects China's Kazakhstan under the"area" initiative between the two countries friendly relations and cooperation,and the related construction under this initiative will be to Kazakhstan play an important role in promoting economic and political development in the future.In addition,the emotional bias reflected by mainstream media in Kazakhstan and the influencing factors onKazakhstan were discussed and analysed.
