The Study On The "one Belt And One Road" News Reported By The Taiwan Media

When Chairman Xi Jinping visited Central Asia in 2013,he first proposed the “Silk Road Economic Belt” that was built across the Eurasian continent.Later,during his visit to Indonesia,he proposed to jointly build the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” and “One Belt and One Road”.The new concept was immediately followed by domestic and international attention.However,Taiwan,which naturally belongs to the "Maritime Silk Road",failed to attend the "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum in Beijing.For a long time,Taiwan's news media has been self-reliant with the role of democracy promoters,social supervisors and it has strong political sensitivities.Therefore,this article uses the “Apple Daily”,“United Daily News” and “Free Times” of Taiwan.The newspaper's related news reports on the “Belt and Road” issue are research objects.In the framework of the framework theory,the content analysis method and the comparative study method were applied to these three newspapers from September 1,2013 to June 30,2017.During this time period,a total of 290 texts were analyzed for news and texts.Through the analysis and analysis of the data,issues,news sources,and reporting forms of these three newspapers in Taiwan,the “Apple Daily” and “United Daily News” were thoroughly explored.The three newspapers in the “Liberty Times” reported on the topic construction characteristics and framework selection characteristics of the “One Belt and One Road” thesis.They explored the three newspapers with different political tendencies,which selected,highlighted,and reconstructed the facts.The "All the Way" initiative,combined with specific news texts,conducted news reports on three newspapers from the macro and micro perspectives.Frame grasp.The three newspapers' reports on the “Belt and Road” issue follow the order of clarity,rationalization,and routineization.Under different multi-dimensional frameworks,regular news reports on the topic have been formed.The "Liberty Times" made good use of the foreign media pipeline,intercepted foreign media remarks and interviews in favor of the newspaper's "green camp" stance,and refined negative keywords on the mainland China and the "One Belt and One Road" initiative,hiding the newspaper's own position output as if it appeared to be in compliance.In the reporting of Western journalism professionalism,the complex international situation and major policies that need to be analyzed and analyzed in a simple manner are reduced to a simple opposition between countries,and the cooperation platform between countries is constructed as a gambling battlefield for ideological output.The overall reporting style is strong.,not objective.As a newspaper with a blue camp stance,the "United Daily News" newspaper focused on constructing the "Belt and Road" initiative from the perspective of economic cooperation and infrastructure construction in its coverage of the "One Belt and One Road" issue,from the interests of Taiwanese businessmen and Taiwan shipping opportunities.Starting from the use of the Mainland News Center and special correspondents participating in major conferences in the Mainland as sources of news sources and channels for interviews,we have built a picture that the two sides of the Taiwan Strait are not collaborating on the marginalization of Taiwan's international society,and attacked the Democratic Progressive Party's government through the “ Belt and Road Initiative ”.Consider the future development of Taiwan.The language tendencies of the reports were mostly positive.The overall reporting style was official and the language was flat and straightforward.However,reports lacking vocalization for laborers and farmers were excessively focused on the lack of humanistic care for economic development.The "Apple Belt" report on the "Belt and Road" issue has a balanced number of positive and negative attitudes.It uses many sources and pays attention to this reporter's interview as a news channel.It attaches great importance to the reporter's point of view.When selecting topics,attention should be paid to the number of topical reports that tend to be doped with subjective emotions and the amount of objective facts presented.The overall report is more objective and diverse,and the language style is lively.It is devoted to the multi-discourse of the “Belt and Road Initiative” in newspapers.Presented.This article examines the reporting perspectives and the communication psychology of the mainland media's initiative in this regard.It discusses the regularity issues in Taiwan's mainstream media coverage and provides references for policy development in Taiwan.
