With the rapid development of the Internet industry,the integration of the Internet and various industries is deepening,and the Internet services are characterized by intelligence and refinement.At the same time,software technologies in the software industry are constantly developing,and new technologies are emerging one after another.The ever-increasing demand in the software industry and the continuous updating of software technology have led to an increase in software R&D costs,and the risk of software R&D projects failing is enormous.In order to reduce costs and reduce software R&D risks,enterprises often use outsourcing to obtain some or all of the products to be completed.It is hoped that through the division of labor and resource sharing between enterprises,software outsourcing will gradually become a trend.Therefore,as Party B in the software outsourcing activities,ensuring the timely delivery of outsourcing projects plays an important role in building a good image of the company.This paper first introduces the basic theory of project management,the basic methods of software project schedule control,and summarizes the factors that have a greater impact on the progress of software projects.Then,the software outsourcing project of Company A often analyzes the current situation of project delay and cost out of control,finds out the improvement method of project schedule control,and finally applies the improvement method to M outsourcing project with the theory and has achieved good results.There are many effective control methods in the application process.First of all,in the initial stage of the project,the communication needs of the outsourcing project are often unclear.The demand analysis and confirmation method is adopted to ensure that the demand of Party A is true and reliable before the implementation of the project.On the basis of the completion of the project requirements,a reasonable project plan is formulated to confirm the WBS work breakdown of the project and to develop project milestones.Secondly,during the project implementation process,the software project requirements often change and the project change process is established to control the demand change.During the project implementation process,the project implementation process is supervised through the document follow-up method and the milestone method to ensure that the project is carried out according to the project plan.After the deviation of the project,the project will be corrected in time by using the method of rapid follow-up and rushing.Through the use of the above project schedule management measures,the final M project was delivered on schedule.I hope this article can bring some lessons to the peers engaged in software outsourcing companies or similar projects.
