With the rapid development of the information technology industry,the competitiveness of enterprises is facing a huge challenge,the technology industry is constantly updated,the risk of software research and development project failure has become very big.In order to improve the company's core competitiveness,more and more companies are considered part of the high-tech information software outsourcing project,in order to obtain better economic benefit,but also reduce the company cost and risk of research and development,software outsourcing activities are becoming more and more popular at present,more and more companies hope that through this kind of outsourcing rationally allocate their resources,and then focus your energy to focus on developing their core products.In recent years,the reputation of outsourcing companies has become more and more important.Maintaining good reputation is conducive to establishing a good corporate image.Therefore,software outsourcing is a major test for both parties.Based on the background of M Company,this paper analyzes the software outsourcing project D,summarizes the current problems faced by the software development of Project D from the aspects of project duration estimation,human resource allocation,demand change and organizational structure,and analyzes the reasons in detail.By studying the project schedule management related theory,reference other excellent software project schedule management theory,formulates D optimization scheme of the project,including detailed WBS project task decomposition,using the PERT period reasonable assessment of the process for each project,the staff incentives optimization and management,organization structure optimization,agile development and management,the standardization of the requirements change management etc.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the schedule management plan,the implementation method of the schedule management plan and the response measures when the deviation are defined.In view of different measures,the advantages and disadvantages of each measure are compared to choose the most appropriate plan.At the same time,during the implementation of the plan,the results of the plan are measured and evaluated to verify whether the schedule control optimization plan has practical effect on Project D.This paper combines theory with practice to propose practical solutions to the problems found in order to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects in the future.Finally,it is hoped that the research of this paper can improve the current outsourcing project situation of M Company,reduce the input cost of the company and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.It is of guiding value and significance to the progress management of software outsourcing projects,and it is also hoped to be of reference significance to other companies in similar situations.
