Quality is the foundation of the company's respect,and product quality is the life of the manufacturing company.With the continuous improvement of market demand and the support of the government,the rapid development of the domestic LCD panel manufacturing industry,the market competition has gradually become prominent.In this context,companies want to survive and develop,and must strive to gain market and customer trust by improving product quality.With the development and application of computer technology,it provides strong support for the standardization and information implementation of quality management.The scale of the enterprise continues to grow,the division of business organization is refined,and the cross-cutting of processes becomes complicated.Fragmented quality management systems are no longer sufficient for efficiency or availability,and a system that meets existing quality management needs to be re-established.It can integrate the main modules such as raw Material Quality,Process Quality,Shipping Quality and Customer Quality,and realize the whole process management of product quality.This paper combines the construction requirements of a Total Quality Management System(TQMS)of a liquid crystal panel manufacturing enterprise with the problems in actual quality management,and then based on the quality management and workflow theory research,through MVC,J2EE and unified modeling language.The support of computer technology,the design and implementation of the system,and passed the system test.In view of the effect of the trial operation phase of the total quality management system,the design requirements are met,the design goals are achieved,and the quality management modules of the independent operation and offline are highly integrated.Through the authority control,the internal and external information is circulated,the functions of the upper and lower levels are differentiated,and the optimized space is reserved.
