Research On The Technology Of Quality Management Informatization For Realization Process Of Military Products

Product realization as one of the important process in GJB9001B- 2009 quality management system, the research of product informatization are paid more and more importance by the quality department of enterprises. The quality of the quality management information level of military product realization process will affect the design, production efficiency and quality of equipments. This paper is based on the quality management theory of product realization process, aiming to researching about the key technology of the process, authority and document management and so on, and quality management information system are designed by the actual demand of military enterprises, to improve the level of informatization of quality management of enterprises.The main content of this paper as follows:1) The process of product realization of the GJB9001B- 2009 quality management system is studied in depth. According to the actual situation of military enterprises, combined with the specific process of quality management, the requirements of terms are explained, the work flow of important process is analyzed, planned and summarized, and the detailed flow chart of quality management suit for typical war industry enterprises is established.2) The key technology of quality management informatization of product realization process is discussed, the basic theory of key technology is introduced in detail. A process management model of GJB9001B-2009 quality management system in product realization are established by the use of workflow management technology, document management technology, rights management technology and the database technology.3) Taking the quality management of product realization process of typical military enterprise as the background, the system frame of C/S framework and technology architecture of three layer are established. The system modules are reasonably divided by using the distributed workflow model, system modeling and database are established, and the development of the software system design and parts of functional modules are completed.The quality management information technology of product realization are preliminarily tested by the prototype system of the quality management system, and the anticipated target are achieved.
