Discussion On The Development Of Informatization Application Of Chinese Restaurant Chain Enterprises

This paper is for the purpose of revealing the significance of the informationzation construction in the Chinese food chain corporations through the Little Sheep's informationization construction case,and to explore the problems in informatization construction and solutions.The informationization is a management tool in the catering chain enterprises.Its function is mainly embodied in three aspects:Firstly the enterprise informatization construction will promote the comprehensive standard,secondly the informationization construction will promote the catering enterprises to implement the standardization of the catering enterprises;Thirdly is to push the catering operation system perfect.However,most of Chinese chain enterprises's information construction has not been too much attention,there are four main reasons.Firstly the business model is not clear and the lack of support;Secondly the business process is unknown;Thirdly the business data are not allowed,which can not guarantee the effect of informatization;Fourly the business management is not norm and the legal environment is not perfect.How to solve the above problems,in the case of the Little Sheep,can bring other catering enterprise beneficial enlightenment.First of all,the catering enterprise's standardization must be done which is the foundation of informatization,.If management is not standardized,informatization construction will be not likely to see actual effect.Secondly should establish their own commercial mode.If there is not business model or business model is not correct,the information system will be useless.Because information is just a tool.
