As it comes to the era of Big Data, the employment informatization level of the university graduates in China has been enhanced, which leads to higher requirements of related data analysis. The national university graduates’ employment administration and monitoring system started in 2014 allows the information involved to expand dramatically and provides convenience in job information statistics and analysis. However, it lacks direct integration with the graduates’ dispatch system and could not meet the individualized data analysis needs of different universities. As a result, the efforts needed in the graduates’ employment administration are increasing every year, and the data required to be processed to support employment instruction has been growing rapidly. The original system could not meet the needs of the employment administration office of the universities, besides, the interaction among employment administration, universities and companies are growing closer which requires data sharing. Current working methods and administration staff have the limitations. So it is inevitable to adopt informatization and standardization in employment data management. The graduates’ information could be managed through techniques related to internet, computers and software, as well as standard process, to improve efficiency, forecast the graduates’ employment and better instructions in universities’ recruitment and education. This paper elaborates the requirements elicitation and analysis, system design and implementation of the university graduates’ informatization and standardization management system in different chapters. The system architecture is based on B/S design and able to realize the powerful function through browser instead of previous complex specific software. Features of no installation or maintenance needed at the client side and easier system extension help to reduce the load of the server, increase interactions, enable partial refresh in real time and save developing cost. The system design is based on standardized theory and starts from the target requirements. Each work process of the administration work is clearly identified, relative standard and reference standard modes are formed, the standardized management process is established, and the desired functions and implementation methods could be further set. The design of the whole system developing solution will be done after the implementation. The system in the end has achieved the gathering and management of graduates’ basic data, individualized data and employment data and broke through the traditional gathering methods, and meanwhile, it allows direct data integration between the national graduates’ employment administration and monitoring system and the dispatching system; the system supports online service relating to graduates’ employment and solves issues about job application printing; the function of data analysis and cause analysis are available with integrity employment administration module added; the corporate recruitment administration is included in the system for the standardization of recruitment and corporate information administration. The system has fulfilled the needs of university graduates’ employment administration, solved current problems such as difficulties in data exchange, duplicated data entry and poor extension capability; the employment forecast is possible based on the information of the students, which merits the recruitment and education. The B/S architecture based graduates’ employment administration information system has significantly enhanced the operability and become the informatization, standardization and modernization administration methods of university graduates’ employment.
