| Human resources are an important asset for the development of enterprises and society.With the continuous development of China's social economy and the deepening of economic globalization,the importance of human resources is becoming more and more prominent,and has become an important strategic resource for enterprises to compete for.At present,the shortage of human resources in our country is becoming more and more serious.On the one hand,because of the loss of the population bonus and the outflow of talented people,the vacancy of talents has been increasing.On the other hand,gender discrimination causes a large number of women to suffer unequal treatment,which not only aggravates the waste of excellent human resources,but also affects the overall quality of social human resources.Based on this,this article from the perspective of human resource management,to analyze and explore the implications for gender in the human resources management,the current status and the main reason of were deeply studied,and specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.In this paper,the effect of gender in the human resource management were studied from five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research significance and research methods,and research status of domestic and foreign experts and scholars were analyzed and summarized in this part;The second part is a summary of theoretical concepts,the theoretical concepts such as gender discrimination,statistical discrimination and human resource management were discussed in this part;In the third part,the survey groups and methods were introduced,and the gender discrimination in human resources management of private publishing units in North China was investigated by questionnaire,and the results were analyzed;In the fourth part,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey,the main manifestations of gender discrimination in human resource management were discussed,and the main causes of gender impact in human resource management were summarized;In the fifth part,the effective methods and measures to improve enterprise human resource management were put forward on the basis of the above research,in order to eliminate gender discrimination and improve the overall level of enterprise human resources management;The sixth part is conclusion and prospect.In the aspect of application value,by studying the influence of gender on human resources management,we can analyze the specific countermeasures from the root level,which can greatly improve the quality of human resources and promote the rapid development of social economy in China.At the same time,it can also improve the status of women employees in enterprises and society,enhance their working enthusiasm,maintain normal social order,and provide more reliable guarantee and support for the construction of a harmonious society. |
