Research On ERP System Implementation Of Huaxing Company

Under the development trend of economic globalization,auto parts enterprises need efficient operation ability,good level of cost control,flexible customer production response,and corresponding enterprise resource information management system.And through this system can enhance the enterprise's comprehensive competitive strength,which is what the ERP system is good at.Therefore,component companies need to establish a new management model to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of component companies.This paper took Huaxing Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.as the research object,combined with the management status of Huaxing Company to demonstrate the problems existing in Huaxing Company at this stage,analyzed the ERP requirements based on the problems of Huaxing Company and the necessity of implementing ERP,and determined the ERP selection.Furthermore,used advanced ERP management ideas,the implementation design of specific ERP system modules such as coding process,cost accounting,procurement management and production management of Huaxing Company was carried out.The implementation process of ERP in Huaxing Company is analyzed,and the existing problems and corresponding solutions in the implementation process are put forward,then analyzed the effect achieved by Huaxing Company after the implementation of ERP and the economic and social benefits obtained.Through the analysis of the implementation process of Huaxing ERP system,it can provide important reference value for the establishment of ERP system of similar enterprises in the industry.
