As industrial control develops toward the direction of complex network control, the system designers need to consider the integrated management and optimization of the upper system, instead of merely focusing on the real time control problems of underlying system.In textile enterprises, the spinning process is very complexity, so its information management is difficult, and the research and development of its information system is very important for the control of enterprise information integration. Therefore this paper studies computer-aided spinning process and related issues of textile enterprises, a Spinning Process Intelligent Information Systems is then designed and implemented, which can not only enhance the standards of spinning process and saving production costs, but also can improve the efficiency and quality of enterprise management. This system can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.First, requirements analysis is carried out to the system based on the actual situation and needs of the user to confirm main business processes. On this basis, the paper also designs function modules and system architecture.Next, this paper researches on the optimization of spinning process. The grey relational analysis method is first used to select the key spinning process parameters which will server as inputs of the model, and the model is constructed by a particle swarm optimization optimized BP neural network, matlab and C# mixed program results show that the model can achieve better accuracy; on this basis, the optimization model of spinning process has been established, and has been solved by the particle swarm algorithm. Simultaneously, Matlab and C# have been used to implement the algorithm, and the optimization results are better.Then, this paper researches on the cotton-blending by computer, a mathematical model of cotton-blending with the goals of minimum cost and best cotton-blending index, with the constraints of cotton stock and cotton-bleeding index, has been established, then use a hybrid algorithm of Glowworm swarm Optimization and Particle Swarm Optimization to solve the model. Simultaneously, Matlab and C# has been used to implement the hybrid algorithm, and the results of the cotton-blending by computer are better.Finally, this paper describes the implementation details of the system, the PowerDesigner is first used to design the conceptual design, logic design and physical of the database, then analyse the use of indexes, views, stored procedures and other techniques in the database. Matlab language has been used to implement the intelligent algorithms, and C# language has been used to implement the foreground program. The application of the system shows that the system achieves its goal of improving the efficiency and quality of spinning process and product quality management.
