Research On The Informatization Design Of BT Company's Asset Management

Informatization is one of the big trends with the world development.As to an enterprise,the realization of enterprise informatization need fit to the trend.The realization of informatization in asset management can help related enterprises to integrate resources,cut costs and improve work efficiency.In this paper,a general design and research is rolled out for the asset management in BT Company.Via literature research,field investigation,interview and discussion,based on the asset management concept and enterprise informatization concept,as well as the utility theory and collaborative management theory,this paper first introduced the basic condition of BT Company,Analyze its informatization status,current situation and problems of asset management.Secondly,it sorted out and analyzed the informatization requirement of asset management and made an overall planning.Thirdly,it designed the framework of informatization system,business process and network deployment.Finally,an implementation proposal and a schedule were worked out.To guarantee the informatization rolled out successfully,5 safeguards including organizational guarantee,performance appraisal guarantee,policy guarantee,technical guarantee and financial guarantee were invited.
