Optimization Research On Informatization Construction In HB Road & Bridge Companay

In today's world,the integration development of the informatization and economization is driving the restructuring of global industrial division of labor and economy,which results in a new gobal competitive situation.With the development of Chinese market economy and the promotion of global economic integration,construction enterprises,as traditional industries,are facing a severe challenge of transformation and upgrading and a more intense market competition.This undoubtedly increases the demande of the specialized production management.The proposition and application of the concept of the informatization management provide a strong guarantee for realizing the delicacy management and information management as well as enhancing the competiveness of the enterprise.However,due to various factors,the degree of enterprise informatization construction is jagged with long cycle and slow response.It is thus of great necessity to deepen insight into the enterprise requirements and take effective measures to guarantee the informatization practice,achieving the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise.Aiming at informatization management optimization of construction industry,this thesis presented the theory of enterprise resource management and enterprise management innovation,summarized the significance of informatization construction and the efficiency of enterprise management optimization through enterprise process reengineering,and finally demonstrated its feasibility and effectiveness through case analysis.Firstly,the thesis discussed the connotation and characteristics of informatization management,and analyzed the significance and application value of informatization in enterprise management and process reengineering.Secondly,the focus was on the analysis of basic situation of informatization construction in Road&Bidge enterprise management and main achievement,where issues such as lacking of overall planning and deep application,low information operating efficiency were summerized.Thirdly,to address these issues,management optimizaion approaches to strengthening the informatizatoin construction were established and suitable informatization developing model was also proposed for HB Road&Bridge company.Finally,the potential risk within the process of the informatization management of the company was analyzed and the corresponding presentative measures were proposed.The results show that the process analysis,design and reorganization based on enterprise informatization management can greatly improve information,resource sharing,optimize enterprise business process,strengthen enterprise centralized control of projects,and finally promote project management to move towards refined and integrated management.In summary,this work is beneficial for a deep understanding of the important impact of informatization construction on the enterprise management,provides a strong support for a wide application of informatization technique,and is of practical reference value in promoting the project control ability,reducing costs and enhancing enterprise's fine management.
