With the reform and restructuring of the telecommunications system and the rapid development of information technology,the information technology projects in the telecommunications industry are also facing increasingly fierce competition.Informatization projects in the telecommunications industry often have the characteristics of long cycle,large data scale and high business complexity.Most projects cannot be completed within the expected time limit.The author has worked in Company A for many years and has experienced a lot of information projects.In the work,he has also accumulated optimization plans for the progress management of information projects,and strives to shorten the project construction cycle and achieve satisfactory results.Firstly,this paper elaborates the research background,the significance and current situation of the analysis,and determines the research ideas.Then,it summarizes the theory and application of project schedule management in combination with domestic and foreign literature,which provides theoretical support for the follow-up program optimization.Combining with the industry characteristics of company A's informationization project,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of company A's informationization project and leads to the problems in the progress management of informationization project.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problem and the feasibility study,the optimal design scheme of the schedule management of the informatization project of Company A is put forward.In order to ensure the landing of the project schedule management optimization scheme,this paper also puts forward the implementation scheme of A company's information project schedule management optimization scheme,which provides guarantee measures for the project schedule management optimization scheme.The main research results of this paper are based on the current situation of the information project schedule management of Company A.The three major problems are analyzed,including the formulation of schedule plan,the incentive of project supervision and evaluation,and the coordination of schedule cost and quality.In view of the problems in the formulation of progress plan,some optimization measures are put forward,such as strengthening training,defining objectives,PERT estimation,activity responsibility matrix and strengthening communication.For the project supervision and assessment incentives,corresponding supervision and assessment incentives are also put forward.In addition,the schedule is solved through contract optimization,rush optimization and coordination optimization.The coordination of cost and quality.It is expected that the project schedule management optimization scheme proposed in this paper can effectively improve the project schedule management level of Company A,and also provide reference value for other IT manufacturers in the telecommunications industry.
