At present,each city is continuously advancing the process of digital construction.As the core unit of the normal operation of the city,the municipal water supply company is responsible for the city's water supply security and water supply services.It can also reduce the operating costs of enterprises through information management methods to automate and streamline.The visual management method realizes the fine,dynamic and intelligent management of urban water affairs.In order to improve the quality of customer service,we provide services such as business consultation,acceptance,inquiry,complaints,suggestions,etc.,responding to customer requests in a timely manner,following up the processing of work orders,and solving the unscientific work processes and unregulated service management in the traditional service model.Such problems,to achieve the sharing of customer service information between various departments,and comprehensively improve the company's comprehensive service level,this paper puts forward the construction of the digital water supply and drainage platform customer service system.This paper first summarizes the research background of the customer service system of the water supply and drainage industry management platform,points out the reasons,purpose and significance of the system construction,and analyzes the research related to the subject.Secondly,the core technologies used in the project include Spring,J2 EE,GIS,,MySQL and other technologies.The article focuses on the use case analysis of the core functions of the system,determines the system business function composition,analyzes the core business process of the system,and finally analyzes the non-functional requirements of the system from the aspects of reliability,scalability,maintainability and ease of use.The core of this paper is the detailed design of the system,describing the system design ideas,focusing on the overall design of the system application architecture,deployment architecture and technical architecture,and the detailed design of the system function modules,including customer service registration,customer service acceptance,and drainage permit.Functional modules such as management,comprehensive information query,performance appraisal,customer management and knowledge base management,and logical structure and physical structure design of the database.The article encodes the system-related modules and tests the data integrity,functions,and performance.The customer service system constructed in this paper provides one-stop services such as business acceptance,complaint acceptance,fault acceptance,business consultation,user advice,customer return visit,business knowledge management,etc.,to establish a direct interaction window between the water company and the customer,and can improve the customer service staff.The work efficiency,customer service quality and customer satisfaction will ultimately improve the market competitiveness of urban water supply enterprises.
