Design And Realization Of Social Service Information System Based On VSM Technology

With the continuous development and applications of information technology, and the proposition and construction of nation-building "service-oriented government", community service has been more attention as an important livelihood projects. Therefore, it becomes an important issue how to make better community service, improve community servicers’ quality and level and strengthen the "service-oriented government". Currently there are some cities in the construction of similar systems, such as Nanjing, Hangzhou, Beijing and other places. However, with the continuous development of community services and services over time, community service was extended, ever-expanding knowledge base of information, the problem of first phase system in NanChang has become increasingly evident. For example, the system’s function is simple, it reflects slowly, community servicers are difficult to retrieve the information they need quickly, search efficiency is low and the correlation of retrieve knowledge is low and so on.In this thesis, based on so many years operating experience of NanChang community service system, aimed at the business characteristics of community service, community information for classification, organization and management, and make full use of modern information retrieval technology (word segmentation, VSM vector space model, Classification inquiry), personalized recommendation technology and database technology, to build a highly efficient, reasonable community services information system to improve community services staff efficiency, better services for community residents. And will focus on the function of the system design, the overall architecture, and community service organization of knowledge and how to use modern information retrieval technology for design and implementation of the knowledge base, to better solve the Knowledge Base search inefficiency, not high detection precision. The system will include traffic management, knowledge base management, franchisee management, staff management, SMS management, rights management, system management, and other functional modules.The Project uses a software engineering general process (requirements, design, development, testing, and so on), in accordance with the relevant standards CMMI3, using typical B/S three-tier architecture model. Microsoft. Net development technology, use SQL Server as the database management system, combined with the use of Huawei C&C08 call center, information retrieval techniques, UML modeling techniques and PowerDesigner database Designing Tools to build a stable structure, easy to expand, in line with community service industry characteristics of community service information systems.
