With the development of market economy,each enterprise has gradually formed its customer-centric service system.In the process of continuous development,many other customer perceived things,such as the products,business and services,inevitably encounter variety problems.As an important factor for enterprises to improve its product function,service quality and correct mistakes,customer complaint is one of the inevitable jobs of an enterprise.In the face of a large number of customer complaints,the enterprise will inevitably produce a large number of customer's work orders.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of internet technology,there existed many excellent enterprise-class Web applications.This puts a higher demand on the ways and means of handling customer orders.The postal group has many types of business and a large number of customers.The simple,pristine and disperse management system can no longer meet the needs of modern life.Therefore,designing and developing a scientific and professional centralized customer work order management system becomes an urgent task for modern enterprises.Nowadays,office automation technology continues to be mature and developed,and becomes a good opportunity for enterprises to efficiently process customer's work orders.The traditional processing method of customer's work order that is not only primitive in terms of methods but also not uniform in standard,and such is not conductive to efficiently share and use data.Therefore,this article is based on the actual needs of the postal enterprises,designing and implementing a centralized customer work order management system for the processing of work orders in postal group.This article carries on the detailed demand analysis about the system,and establishes a set of scientific and effective business system based on the processing of customer's work orders.In addition,according to the actual work,it divides the function module of system,defines the function of user role,and forms a closed-loop management chain for customer's work orders.At the same time,the non-functional requirements and the feasibility of the system are expounded.Through the Unified Modeling Language(UML),the designs of databases and main functions are analyzed in detail.This system is based on Java EE architecture,using B/S framework as the basis.According to the hierarchical design idea ofMVC,using the Struts2 framework to realize the function of the system in modular way,which makes the system have the characteristics of "high cohesion and low coupling".In the meantime,using j Query,CSS and other technologies to complete the design of front page.The system designed and implemented in this paper changes traditional work order into electronic work order,and unifies all channels of work order processed.It forms a scientific and standard information-based electronic flow system.The system achieves the desired design effect through continuous testing.At present,the system has been deployed in practice,and it runs stably.It improves the processing mode of customer's work order and the work efficiency of employee,achieving with reliable performances and satisfactory effects.
