Recent years,the development of power enterprise in China presents the characteristics such as extra-high voltage,intelligent,informatization,intensive and international development,facing the new situation,State Grid Corporation put forward the construction of “ three sets and five major” system and clarified the objectives of intensive management of human financial and material resources,therefore,each power enterprise put forward the development of financial control system and construction of informatization.However,the financial control system construction and software development involves lots of demand factors,many departments,large capital investment,etc,whether the development of financial control software is success related to the whole power enterprise management and development.This paper took a Tianjin power enterprise financial control software development project as a case,analyzed the risk of the project,in order to reduce the risk of the software development,improve the success rate of the software development project and support for the power enterprise to improve financial control efficiency and ability.The main contents and conclusions can be divided into the following three parts:First,the paper built the risk evaluation index system of power enterprise financial control software development project.Combining the characteristics of the project,the paper identified 44 risk factors from the software development process(including planning and design,requirements analysis,software design,software code,software integration and testing)and risk component factors(including staff,management,technology,cost,schedule and quality)by using literature analysis,brainstorming method and experts interview methods.Second,the paper constructed the risk evaluation model and carried out the quantitative evaluation.Considering the relationship among these risk factors,the paper evaluated the project risk by the fuzzy network analysis,the results show that,this software development project is high-risk project,and regarding the perspective of software development process,the bigger risk factors are planning and design,requirements analysis,software design phase;regarding the perspective of risk component factors,the six risk categories are different sort.Therefore,the managers should be targeted to take risk coping strategies.Lastly,the paper constructed the risk management process model,put forward the risk coping strategies and risk prevention and controls measures.Based on the characteristics of the project,the paper constructed the four stages risk management model,and put forward the risk coping strategies including risk mitigation,risk transfer and risk avoiding.At last,the paper suggested the risk prevention and control measures from organization,system and mechanism aspects.
