In recent years, with the reform of China's market economy system, the enterprises in the market, including the traditional electric power enterprises, have gradually begun to compete. Enterprises in order to enhance their profit rate and need to think of a way to increase the enterprise's market share, so in order to enhance the enterprise's market share and need to improve enterprise competitiveness, in the final analysis, is the need to improve the management level of the enterprise's own.For the electric power enterprises in our country, the development of enterprises have gradually become began to diversify, have been away from the previous single power dominated, the operation of the project began to other industries, such as restaurants, real estate, the supermarket chain, wire and cable, and so on. Hence, with the expansion of business scale, the financial management of the enterprise also began to become more and more difficult, how can a good of the electric power enterprise group of multi segment of a financial management, began to become the enterprise management takes a lot of energy. Financial management has a significant difference with other management aspects, the first is the financial management of the security requirements are very high, so the entire financial management system security requires a very high requirements. Secondly, financial management to ensure the high concurrency of the underlying database, can satisfy the different enterprises of the whole group of the underlying database access high frequency, only all the subsidiary's financial statements copies are stored in the Group Corporation, so as to ensure the entire group of all the subsidiary's financial has a detailed and security control, but also can prevent the subsidiaries of financial statements to modify.In this paper, the design of the power financial management system using the development language is ASP.NET, the underlying use of the database for the Server2008 SQL. By analyzing the requirement of the system, the main function of the whole system is obtained. In this paper, to present the basic theory knowledge of enterprise financial management information system has to understand and research by is used to analyze and design the financial needs of the specific company, its application to the XYZ company daily financial management, and provides the practical experience for power grid engineering enterprise financial management information system development. In this paper, the six parts are summarized and analyzed. The first chapter summarizes the background information of the system. In the second chapter, the basic knowledge of the system and the related knowledge of financial risk are summarized. In the third chapter, an analysis is made on the demand of the system. Firstly, the business functions of the system are analyzed, and then the use cases in the system are analyzed. Chapter four prior to the requirement analysis of the results of design, first of all function of the system needs to be implemented were design and division, also in the bottom layer of the system database design, including database conceptual model design and physical model design of two parts. In the last fifth chapters, a presentation is made on the final software interface of the system.
