Research On Financial Risk Evaluation Of M Company Under Ecosystem Strategy

With the further development of economic globalization and the dynamic fluctuation of economic and political situation,enterprises should not only face the changeable domestic environment,but also deal with the impact and threat from the world.With the increase of industrial cooperation among enterprises,the impact of external environmental factors and associated companies on enterprises tends to expand.In this context,some scholars have put forward the enterprise ecosystem theory,which can better solve the relevant difficulties of enterprises.However,many enterprises also have new financial risks due to lack of experience under the ecosystem strategy.Therefore,in order to prevent the financial risk of enterprises under the ecosystem strategy,it is particularly important to study the financial risk of enterprises under the ecosystem strategy,and design and apply the financial risk evaluation system in line with the ecosystem strategy.The main purposes of this paper are:1?Identify and analyze the financial risks of enterprises under the ecosystem strategy,design an"ecological" financial risk evaluation system,and verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the system.2?This paper puts forward the countermeasures to prevent the financial risks of enterprises under the ecosystem strategy.This paper selects M company as the starting point of exploration and discussion.Under the ecosystem strategy,M company implements the closed-loop ecological chain of the whole industry and completes the industrial alliance and common development of ecological chain link.This paper has done the following research work to ensure the research on the financial risk evaluation system under the ecosystem strategy of M company:firstly,starting with the theory and relevant literature,by defining the financial risk and clarifying the concept of enterprise ecosystem,this paper refers to the research of domestic and foreign scholars on financial risk and enterprise ecosystem,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of financial risk under the enterprise ecosystem strategy.Secondly,based on the enterprise ecosystem strategy,this paper studies the financial risk of M company at the present stage.At the same time,it analyzes not only the financial risks of the traditional subsidiary,but also the financial risks brought by the financial shortage of M.Finally,in the case of enterprise ecosystem strategy,by analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional financial risk evaluation system,this paper designs an "ecological" risk evaluation system under the ecosystem strategy of M company,integrates various evaluation index systems in combination with analytic hierarchy process,and puts the actual data of M company into the actual data to verify the feasibility of the evaluation system,which not only prevents and controls the traditional financial risk of M company based on the accounting subject,It also puts forward the preventive countermeasures for the financial risk of M company under the ecosystem strategy,such as coordinating the ecological environment and paying attention to the capital risk of each link of the company.
