Research On The Cultural Value Of Enterprise Archives

With the development of theory and practice,the research of archival value in archival academia is also deepening.Enterprise archives is an important special information resource for enterprises.The cultural value of enterprise archives is one of many kinds of value of enterprise archives,and the historical and cultural value of archival information content is relatively prominent.As well as the development of archives information resources in large enterprises,the practical background of paying attention to enterprise culture,enterprise brand building and shaping in the development of enterprise management,It is of great significance for theory and practice,business and social development to pay more attention to the realization of corporate archival cultural value.The purpose of this paper is to explore the realization of the value function of enterprise archives from the perspective of the cultural value of enterprise archives and the concrete contents and practices of enterprise culture construction and management,in particular to the concrete example material in practice enterprise culture,as well as the theoretical research results of the development and innovation of enterprise archives value.First,through the summary of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper makes clear the current situation of research on the subject of corporate archival cultural value,including the background and significance of the research,the existing theoretical research results,the deficiencies and innovations in the research.It lays a theoretical foundation for the research angle,purpose,content and scope of the research,and lays a good foundation for it.Secondly,the basic concepts and related concepts in the realization of corporate archival cultural value are defined by synthesizing the basic theoretical knowledge and theoretical understanding of related research results.Thirdly,Combined with the content of enterprise culture,from the aspects of the story,history and social culture reflected in the contents of the archives,this paper specifically elaborates the function embodiment of cultural value of enterprise archives in enhancing the sense of belonging and loyalty of employees,promoting the corporate brand and image,developing corporate social responsibility,social culture.This provides sufficient conditions for the study of the ultimate realization of the cultural value of enterprise archives.Fourth,integrating the theory of archival value with the content of enterprise culture construction and management,combining with the practice of enterprise culture development,from the three forms of archival information,archival elements,archival things,the realization of the first value and the second value of archives.This paper expounds the multi-dimensional visual angle and method of realizing the value of enterprise archives culture.
