Design And Implementation Of Security Video Surveillance(MEGA EYES)in Fu'an

The construction of urban social security monitoring system is important practice from workforce management transferred to technology management by the Social Security.The system facilitates the public security and other law enforcement agencies to keep abreast of security dynamics of important areas;when an event occurs,response departments can learn the real-time situation in first time and assist the higher to command fields to improve commanders the capacity of emergency handling emergencies.This system plays an important role in the protection of people's lives and property safety,safe city construction,and harmonious society construction.This paper is based on Security Video Surveillance "MEGA EYES" Project: With center services platform,it is able to always monitor the city to facilitate the management of sharing video resources and unified command and dispatch,so to meet security control,disaster relief,assistance and other demands.The general ideas of the Security Video Surveillance "MEGA EYES" Project are followed.Firstly,public security planning: the district police station in charge of security monitoring setpoints and planning.Secondly,the city and town are responsible for financial contribution: according to requirements of the provincial and Ningde City Comprehensive Committee,monitoring sites will be planed to make sure the number of moniting sites(including city planing part and township self-paying part)within 3 years meets the requirements of the provincial and Ningde City Comprehensive Committee.Thirdly,the city's share: all monitoring sites built by towns will be accessed to the unified security video surveillance system-city sharing platform to security control,disaster relief,assistance and other demands.
