“Skynet Project” is an infrastructure for city informationization and modernization.It is also an important symbol for measuring the level of urban modernization,the efficiency of municipal management,the degree of informationization and the level of competition.According to the needs of social and economic development in Jinan G district,In order to ensure and accelerate the development of public security science and technology in the G area,we will further implement the science and technology strategy for strengthening the police and establish the "Skynet Project."In the process of implementation,Jinan Unicom is responsible for the specific construction work for operators.The district government plays a role in the overall layout,overall planning,resource coordination and unified management.Based on the implementation of ‘Skynet Project' in G District of Jinan City,taking the specific operation process of the project as an example,this paper discusses all aspects and problems of project construction from the perspective of project management.Based on the application characteristics of Skynet's engineering construction,the paper focuses on the specific implementation of the construction project as an example,focusing on how to proceed with the project schedule,giving relevant schedules,Gantt charts,and combining the risk control theory in project management.The risk control strategy for project construction ensures that all aspects of the project implementation are under control,ensuring the smooth implementation of the project,effectively eliminating all unfavorable factors,and successfully completing the project's stated goals.
