| The method of project management is always being used in architecture, nationaldefense and all kinds of big projects of the nation. Today the scope of projectmanagement can be expanded to all fields in everyday life. More and more work isbeing done as projects. The project management can have deep influence on thedevelopment of information technique industry. Therefore, strengthening themanagement on project in digital television projects has important theoretical andpractical significance in elevating the level of the digital television projectmanagement; in guaranteeing constructive quality, constructive process andconstruction safety; in advancing the competence of the enterprises in TV stationmarket.The thesis thoroughly analyzed the project management methods applied ondigital television project, which regarded the TV station network project of HengyangTV station as the research object, on the basis of theoretic studying and analyzing,applied relative principles of project management and combined the characteristics ofTV station network project. Besides, through concrete program, it also did research onthe efficiency of project management which on the progress control, the qualitycontrol, the security control of Hengyang TV station network project, representing thecombination of canonical research and practical research.In this thesis, project management theory and methods will be applied to thespecific digital television projects, proposed digital television projects which aresuitable for the current company structure、gantt chart、responsibility matrix forproject, quality management organization, program quality assurance system andsafety system table.At the same time, it also proposes and analyzes the current supply of digitaltelevision projects.among the problems of the project and production causes; throughthe analysis about Hengyang TV station network project, summarize, it presentsstrategies for the current problem of digital television projects. |
