Design And Implementation Of MES System For Discrete Manufacturing Industry

With the rapid development of information technology in various fields,as a pillar industry of our country,the development of manufacturing industry is very rapid,the integration of information technology and enterprise has become the inevitable trend of development.More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to information construction,information by means of the introduction of advanced management mode,so as to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency,manufacturing execution system(Manufacturing Execution System)application development.Manufacturing execution system is the enterprise management and production data information,to avoid the phenomenon of fault information exchange between the two,to provide scientific and effective management of production in the process of decision-making.At present,MES has become a top priority in the construction of China's manufacturing enterprises informationization,and has been widely used in petrochemical,machinery,automobile,iron and steel metallurgy and other production enterprises.In this paper,the development and application of MES system in the domestic and foreign discrete manufacturing industry are studied and analyzed.Combined with project management,MRP decomposition,material scheduling,business hours statistics for discrete manufacturing enterprise production process and actual production in the process of in-depth research,analysis,sorting out a set of production processes to optimize enterprise business blueprint,and according to the blueprints of overall function structure of the system,on this basis,completed the detailed design scheme of system.Finally,according to previous research and literature,the system development technology solutions(.NET,C#,Oracle language platform 11 g database),to design a set of scientific,advanced and suitable for the actual business management needs of the workshop production management software,and the practice proved that officially launched operation related work,complete system with the implementation of scientific and effective tactics,the application of this system to promote enterprise informatization construction script,optimize the enterprise management process,improve the production level,but also demonstrate the effectiveness of the scheme.
