The Macao daily has been around for nearly 60 years since it was first published in 1958.In more than half a century of development,the Macao daily after several ups and downs,in the long study and practice,gradually developed into Macao local influence,one of the largest Chinese newspaper circulation,in Guangzhou,Zhuhai,Hong Kong has multiple offices,etc.In nearly 60 years of development,the Macao daily,together with the Macao witnessed many great historic events,together with the native Macao residents witnessed the growth of Macao's return and back,is Macao residents very reliable media organizations.The main research object of this paper is the front pages of the Macao daily on the mainland,Macao tropical year in 1999 as the boundary,and the three years before and after the take back reports for the analysis of samples,using text analysis and comparative analysis,through the regression analysis on the front page of involving the mainland reported before and after,the contrast before and after returning to the mainland reported what are the changes and characteristics.This article tries to answer the following questions: what is the main focus of the front-page story of Macao daily? What are the changes in the reporting from content to narrative? What are the causes of these changes?According to the study,the front page of the Macao daily newspaper focuses on the social,economic,cultural and social aspects of mainland China.But there was a difference before and after the regression.On the front page,there was a significant increase in the number of mainland reporting elements.More diverse coverage;The content of the report presents the vicissitude of Macao society at a certain time.It has played a positive role in understanding the mainland and Macao residents' understanding of "one country,two systems".
