Cellar storage,as the world's most historical and traditional storage method,still exists in people's daily lives.Whether in the preservation of fruits,vegetables,crops,wine,or cultural relics,in modern high-speed development of science and technology,such storage methods still exist in people's daily lives.The most common type of ventilation storage is the low investment and energy saving.It is now in most areas of China's small and medium-sized enterprises or The use of households in households is more common in certain seasons,especially in regions where natural cooling is abundant in northwest China,which is still a cheap and effective way of storage.The design of the cellar environmental impact factor(this design refers to the temperature,humidity,CO2 concentration in the cellar environment)for data acquisition,through the ZigBee technology to form a wireless "net" sensor network data transmission to the STM32F103RCT6 micro-controller as the core of the main control The GPRS module in the main controller transmits data remotely to the server,enabling remote uploading of cellar environment monitoring data.Users can use the Labview virtual instrument development software PC on the PC to view the implementation data of the cellar environmental factors.The storage temperature is always controlled within the safe range according to the display data,and the environment inside the storage cellar(library)is always within a suitable range.Based on the paper of Internet of things technology,computer control,fuzzy control and virtual instrument technology,this system has designed a set of smart cellar environment remote intelligent monitoring system integrating cellar environment monitoring,wireless information transmission and intelligent decision-making.(1)A wireless sensor network is constructed by data acquisition sensors,ZigBee terminal nodes,routing nodes,and coordinator nodes and micro-controller system to realize the real-time collection and wireless transmission of cellar environmental impact factor information.(2)The collected data information is summarized in the main controller.The main controller includes the coordinator node and the GPRS module,completes the data fusion processing and remotely transmits the data packaged to the server,and waits for further processing by the upper computer.(3)The design of the cellar control decision system,based on the cellar environment data measured by the ZigBee terminal nodes,combined with the experience of farmers and expert knowledge,design a fuzzy adaptive controller,and complete the decision and judgment of cellar environmental factors.Cellar environment prediction function.Using the Control & Simulation Tool in LabVIEW to Simulate the Validation System.(4)The display and alarm functions of the cellar environment monitoring system are all realized in the upper computer.The upper computer adopts LabVIEW 2017 programming development.The user through the interactive interface to achieve information query and the relevant threshold value of the cellar environment impact factor settings,the host computer with the server and the implementing agencies,constitute a complete remote control system.The equipment combines IOT technology and has a certain applicability in agriculture or enterprises.Combining traditional storage methods with modern science and technology is,to a large extent,an optimization of traditional technologies.It has certain significance for the development and promotion of science and technology in IOT fields.
