Compared with the developed countries, at present storage and preservation of fruit industry develops slowly in our country. Preservation of fruits has high cost and large investment in equipment and human resources. In order to solve these problems, we need achieve fruit storage technology of high level and high quality. A storage room is generally adopted by the majority of farmers on storage and preservation of fruit. The development status of cellar storage room in china is based on artificial experience. In order to change the way of management, the design has intelligent measurement and control system of fruit orchard cellar storage room. It can achieve data acquisition, environmental monitoring and automatic controlling. The system includes data acquisition unit, decentralized acquisition unit, centralized management unit and computer monitoring center. The intelligent measuring and controlling system has been accomplished based on tree Zig Bee network in fruit orchard cellar storage room. This system collects temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration and O2 concentration in the cellar storage room through the sensor tag.Because the cellar storage room shielding radio signal, data acquisition unit can not guarantee the stable data uploaded to the centralized management unit. In order to solve this problem, the collected data of data acquisition unit must deliver to disperse collector in a unidirectional manner. Distributed acquisition processes data, it can deliver high power wireless signal to the centralized management unit. Centralized management unit controls the corresponding execution mechanism and sends the data to the computer through the serial port. The computer displays the current status of the cellar. Experiments show that this method can effectively solve the wireless signal not easy to transport in harsh cellar environment. The whole measuring and controlling system controls accurately without artificial participation, so the fruit is in the best storage environment.Cellar storage room measurement and control system includes design of centralized management unit program and data collection label program. Design of centralized management unit program has the main program design, design of liquid crystal display program and design of serial communication program. It is mainly connected with a data acquisition unit and PC. And it realizes the accurate data acquisition and control in cellar storage room measurement. Design of sensor tag program includes temperature and humidity data acquisition program, O2 concentration and CO2 concentration acquisition program. Design of sensor tag program can collect the date and transfer wireless signal. In the last part of the software, the structure design of the data processing module of the upper computer is introduced. And the precise controlling of the system is realized.Through the experimental analysis, Sensor, wireless transceiver module, MSP430G2 MCU and LCD display module are expected to complete the task. This system has the advantages of low power consumption, low cost, complete function and stable performance etc. It can reduce labor costs and improve the efficiency of agricultural production of fruit during storage.
