Liquor is the product of the traditional solid state fermentation process,which has a history of thousands of years.At present,with the development of science and technology,the domestic large scale liquor enterprises basically realize the information construction of the liquor storage workshop and the automatic filling workshop.However,the overall management level of the solid state fermentation workshop is low,and it is in the primary stage of the planning of the production plan,the experience of the fermentation management,and the personnel shift programming.This has become a short board of enterprise information management.The wireless sensor network based on ZigBee technology can meet the needs of a large number of data acquisition nodes,and low power requirements of the pit fermentation monitoring system design.ZigBee technology is a short distance,low complexity,low power consumption,low cost,low rate wireless access technology,the working frequency is 2.4GHz,the transmission distance is 30?100 meters,the main application in the low communication rate,short distance wireless communication system.In this thesis,the design and implementation of the cellar fermentation monitoring system can be used to automatically collect the parameters of each pit,on the basis of real-time monitoring,the monitoring data are analyzed,processed and diagnosed by the cloud expert system,and the multi-terminal panorama shows the fermentation process,and with the workshop temperature control system linkage,forming a closed loop control of the workshop environment,improve the production efficiency of the pit.This thesis based on the parameter monitoring needs of liquor fermentation cellar,and the data of the terminal node is sent to the host computer service system by wired and wireless.The data acquisition terminal system based on CC2530 is composed of three kinds of devices,which are coordinator,router and terminal node.The terminal node wakes up from sleep to collect the data,and then uploads it to the coordinator through the ZigBee wireless communication network,and then goes to sleep at once,in order to minimize the power consumption of the terminal node;the coordinator stores the data of the terminal node and uploads it to the host computer through the RS485 bus,the router plays the role of network relay,forwarding routing messages.The hardware part focuses on the design of the terminal node power and sensor circuit(including temperature sensor,PH sensor and alcohol sensor circuit),the coordinator of RS485 communication interface,clock and memory module circuit,man-machine interface about three kinds of equipment(including LCD,presskey and LED).At the same time,according to the design of the hardware circuit,the data acquisition,low power management and data transmission are realized in the application program.In the ZigBee network protocol stack,according to the number of network applications,network wide transmission range,strong interference,the application make the design of routing algorithm based on fermentation workshop,effectively solves the problem of different networks in different workshops and crosstalk with a workshop.The upper computer adopts the industrial configuration software,and designs and implements the host computer control system based on MODBUS communication protocol,pit data through RS485 bus to the coordinator stored in the successful read,realizes the collection and processing of the terminal node to collect the data and draw the curve of data storage and other functions,according to the results of the analysis feedback terminal system optimize control.At the end of this thesis,the wireless monitoring system based on ZigBee technology is verified.First of all,the ZigBee network was tested,including the stability of the network,transmission reliability,etc.;the test results of the sensor data are calibrated and tested respectively,the measurement accuracy and the power consumption of the terminal nodes can be achieved.Finally,the system is tested on the spot.The results show that the system meets the design requirements.At the same time,it shows that the ZigBee wireless communication network technology has a great advantage in a large number of measurement nodes,low power consumption and network stability.
