With the development of economic construction and implementation and the improvement of the scientific and technical level, the poultry industry develops rapidly in our country. But small scales with big group of extensive cultivation mode are still dominant. The less of automatic monitoring in the fowlery. the low-level automation and artificial clean not only increase the labor cost, but also decrease the epidemic prevention ability of poultry. If the environmental condition of poultry can not satisfy the criterion, the problems of infectious diseases may spread rapidly. Therefore, the environmental condition has become a serious problem to ensure the quality of production for the health of poultry.Therefore, in this thesis, an automatic monitored system has been built using ZigBee technology. This technology acquires wireless transmission of poultry house environmental parameters. On the basis of analyzing environmental parameters, we design intelligent fuzzy control system to control the actuators to make sure that the environmental parameters can be adjust in the appropriate range quickly and effectively. This thesis contain two main parts:(1) The design of hardware for the system:the concentration detective circuit of temperature, humidity, harmful gases (ammonia, toluene and sulfur dioxide), wireless sensor network (WSM) module, the control circuit of actuator and nightsoil device; (2) the design of software for the system:it includes the interact interface between upper computer and human-computer, data processing of upper computer, the design of fuzzy control system, actuator control program and wireless communication program. Through the combinative design of hardware and software, this system could control the environmental parameters in real time.This system has the following characteristics:the detection of temperature, humidity and the concentration of harmful gases of birdhouse. the display of the transmission of environmental parameters from ZigBee wireless transmission technology to upper computer; the sending of control signals to executive termination to command the heating device, humidifying device, ventilation device and manure removal device. These facilities can make fowlery parameters in a suitable range, such as temperature, humidity and the concentration of harmful gas, thus improving the growth environment of poultry and reducing the risk. In addition, in order to improve the survival environment of poultry, this system also develops a new type of excrement cleaning device, which can realize to clean poultry dung automatically, a good tightness, dung cleaning timely and thoroughly and less running noise. This is applicable for the current poultry, caged laying hens (including all steps, a half step and laminated type).The development of this system not only conform the contemporary trend of poultry industry and also reduce the human cost that provide a comprehensive environmental monitoring function. The function is relatively comprehensive with stable performance and suitable for popularization and application of intensive livestock producers in the domestic. It also has a strong effect on the output of poultry industry. We can predict that it will have a broad market prospect.
