Nowerdays, with the rapidly development of our economy and the auto industry, automobile has come into the ordinary family. At the same time, automobile electronics also has a rapidly development. Field bus and bus network is popularizing fast and fast all the time. The new vehicle bus has not only applied in the high grade automobile, but also in the Medium&Low grade automobile more and more. Today the significant innovations occurred in the automobile electronics field, not only include the vehicle bus and network but also include the new functional device, new communication technology, wide applications of new sensor technology, new testing and controlling method introduced in the automobile electronics researching and developing, high brightness and low power consumption and high-vlotage XEON lamp and its control chip, new wireless sensor network protocol of IEEE802.15.4/Zigbee applied in the vehicle sensor and communications, new high power and high efficient power chip as Freescale Eswitch chip, Virtual testing software platform as LabVIEW introduced in the automobile developing system and so on. Today we are in the new age that automobile electronics have flourishing development and fast innovations .And these innovations that occurred in the automobile electronics will result in great changes in our lifestyle. Our traffics will be more convenient, more safe and cheap. But in the researching and teaching field, we lack the excellent teaching and demonstrating platform of automobile electronics that adapt to the deep and rapid development that occur in this field. And the new technology and product providers also have strong desires for advanced automobile electronics verifying and demonstrating platform that represents the trend of future. So Tianjin Polytechnic University and a semiconductor company cooperate to develop a platform of automobile electronics that integrated Can-Lin mixed bus networks, high voltage XEON lamp,IEEE802.15.4/Zigbee sensor module, Eswitch power chip, LabVIEW8 measurement and control system and so on. I am responsible for the model car wireless measurement and control system that consists of LabVIEW measurement and control system and IEEE802.15.4/Zigbee sensor module.This article introduces projects background, technology standard, principle, application field And mainly introduces the method that LabVIEW applied to measurement and control system the research on IEEE802.15.4/Zigbee protocol and the application of it, the integration of the system and so on. It introduces the protocol of the measurement and control system that realized in the LabVIEW,3D virtual reality technology that introduced in LabVIEW, Joystick interface with LabVIEW, research and application on IEEE802.15.4/Zigbee wireless sensor protocol, digital circuit design, antenna and RF circuit design, application layer software development and so on in detail.From this research and application, I have constructed a measurement and control system of model car that based on LabVIEW and IEEE802.15.4/Zigbee technology.
