Scheme Design Of Internet TV Network Construction For Radio And Television Networks Based On The OTT

In recent years,Childrenization and aging for the TV users become more and more serious.At the same time,with the rapid developments of computer and network technologies,4G and 5G mobile communication networks,fiber-to-home technology,the requirements of the flexibility of on-demand program and video communication become higer and higer.Thus,the large bandwidth OTT service emerges.Telecom,mobile and Internet ISPs actively develop OTT business and seize the market.The development of IPTV and OTT users is more and more rapid.The radio and television network faces to the challenges of the network new media and traditional ISPs.To seize the scale of the users,the radio and television network needs to introduce the Internet thinking,use s the favorable timing of the triple play,quickly completes the construction or transformation of the two-way network,and builds a video service based on the IP network.The service platform should replace the existing traditional terminals,deploy intelligent gateways that can support the business of on-demand,video and games.Also,the platform should expand the coverage of content so that users can extend from the original TV screen to intelligent terminals such as mobile phone,PAD,computer and so on.In this thesis,a TV network construction scheme based on OTT technology is designed,which involves the development of OTT,the construction of the IP video platform and the design of the terminal intelligent gateways.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)The design and construction of the IP video platform and intelligent gateways are introduced after analyzing the current development of radio and television networks,telecommunications,mobile,Internet operators and large Internet enterprises.(2)The system architecture,module functions of IP video platform and the design of IP video platform network and the principle of IP video platform business implementation are introduced in detail.(3)The evolution process of radio and TV terminals is introduced in detail,and th e functional location of the gateway is considered,and then the design idea of software architecture is put forward.(4)After completing the system construction according to the design scheme,the system is tested to validate the design scheme,and the advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed.
