Huaian Telcom began the service of ITV From 2008. with great market potential,10 million customer has adopted this method to watch TV in just 3 years.ITV business is China Telecom to meet the "triple-play" development needs, which is transmitted through broadband network infrastructure, using the TV as the main terminal,using the Internet protocol. So it can provide variety of digital media services including television programs.How to achieve ITV business in small cities to promote and popularize by the existing telecommunications network is the topic of this article. We should know the actual status of telecommunication network in Huai'an, the technical standards of ITV, MAN Analysis and planning, telecommunications business needs analysis, ITV QoS multicast deployment and the angle of layers of protection to promote the implementation, in-depth analysis to address the telecom "triple-play" process of the video business to achieve a series of technical problems.Combined with the ongoing transformation and broadband FTTH speed, for different broadband access, MAN core plan and access plan optimization. Through careful analysis and research, to ensure that the client access bandwidth rate and the stability of equipment operation, we can provide good service access and high definition television ITV achieved initial protection.After in-depth study of the completed deployment of ITV services and QoS multicast program development. With the joint efforts of the team to determine the deployment of multicast replication of Huai'an Telecom multicast point, forming a perfect QoS security strategy.
