With the development of market diversification,the competition of enterprises is becoming more and fiercer,and the supply chain network of manufacturing enterprises has also undergone tremendous changes.With the increasing demand of customers and the shortening of product cycle,the network structure of supply chain becomes complicated.In order to maximize the common benefit,this paper studies the cooperative operation mode of supply chain production-distribution system based on the analysis of manufacturing supply chain collaborative management.Firstly,by analyzing the problems existing in manufacturing network cooperation in supply chain environment and combining the basic structure and characteristics of manufacturing supply chain network,a structure mode of manufacturing collaborative network is discussed under supply chain environment in this thesis.The production-distribution network model with manufacturing as the main body in the supply chain environment is studied,and the technology roadmap is analyzed to solve the production-distribution coordination problem in this type of supply chain.Secondly,a site selection problem of distribution centers for the manufacturing enterprise in Xi'an region is studied in the collaborative environment of supply chain network.Through the quantitative analysis of the factors in the site selecting,the rank order of alternative sites is obtained,which provides theoretical support for selecting distribution center of enterprises.Then,on the premise of improving customer satisfaction,the problem of constructing and optimizing multi-level supply chain collaborative network is studied.Considering the shortage of goods,the limitation of facility capacity and the change of demand,an optimization model of supply chain production-distribution collaborative model is established with the aim of minimizing the operation cost and maximizing the customer satisfaction in the whole supply chain.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is designed to solve the model.The optimization results show that the model is effective for the supply chain collaborative network problem.Finally,taking a manufacturing enterprise as an example,a Witness simulation optimization model is established around the optimization of production-distribution cooperation in its supply chain network,combined with the characteristics of facility capacity change and customer demand information change in actual supply chain operation.Through the analysis of data and operation conditions,provide the most reasonable production,distribution and operation decision basis for enterprise managers.
