With the arrival of the information age and the intelligence community,we seem to be saying that the future has come.Many of the unmanned,intelligent robots that we could only see in movies have come to us gradually.With the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the catering industry has ushered in the unprecedented development of multidimensional,self-help order and bulk delivery,gradually changing the business model and profit model of the catering industry.And the challenges that are often presented in the face of opportunity,in particular,the high cost of human resources in the food service industry,and the turnover rate of people in the service industry is far higher than any other industry,and a reasonable,simple,efficient performance review system for the hotel is also a problem for the manager of the hotel.The performance appraisal index is difficult,difficult to implement,and the statistics workload is large.It is often found that there are some key indicators in many hotels,and the initial top-level design is good,but it has no real implementation at the operational level.The purpose of this paper is to design the information system and combine the existing catering management system to solve the problems that have troubled the evaluation index of the catering industry and the implementation of indicator.There are five chapters in this article,the first part of the review of the existing performance review and the current state of the system,the context of the selection,the significance of the selection,the content and the method of the study.The second part is the theoretical basis of the article,which is the foundation and support of the article,which mainly studies the construction theory of information system,the theory of enterprise information management,and the information management of performance appraisal.The third part analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of Ming Yuan hotel,the feasibility analysis of the performance assessment information system,and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the information management assessment.The fourth part is the core part of the article,elaborating the specific implementation method and technical route of MingYuan hotel performance informationization,development platform,concrete implementation moduleintroduction.The fifth part is the safeguard measure that the information system implements,through the technical safeguard,the reasonable training,each link supervises the measure,makes the information system works well.
