The Application Of Server Virtualization In Jiangsu Centre For The Performing Arts

As the information technology develops,major companies have their own data center rooms in order to serve their information strategy better.It is difficult for the traditional one-to-one relationship between applications and systems to meet the company's actual business.To eliminate the adverse effects of the conventional server room,it is necessary to consider factors such as resource allocation,energy costs,human costs and room capacity in the construction of service resources.Now,most companies are using advanced computer hardware and software equipment to develop cloud service systems,with the use of hardware including high-speed fiber switches,large-capacity storage,high-performance servers,etc and the use of software technology such as server virtualization technology.This paper expatiates on the research of server virtualization technology at home and abroad,and emphasizes the key technology,service mode and frame structure of server virtualization technology.At the same time,it studies the actual demand situation of Jiangsu Grand Theater when conducting business,and analyzes the urgency of creating a virtualized system.For the process of virtualizing servers using the VMware vSphere virtualization software at the Jiangsu Grand Theater,this paper describes its server virtualization storage capacity,memory,CPU performance and internal configuration and develops a virtualization service system.The development of the virtualization service system greatly realizes the huge reduction of the administrative expenses for the Jiangsu Grand Theater to implement informatization,the enhancement both of the application environment scalability and the application service configuration,the improvement of the utilization efficiency of the server's various resources and the reduction of the energy consumption cost.
