Research On The Design And Application Of Data Center Of Secondary Vocational School Based On VMware Virtualization Technology

In this paper,literature research,investigation research,case study and other research methods have been used successively.Focusing on the theme of designing and transforming data center based on VMware virtualization technology,a series of research activities have been carried out to actively implement all aspects of the work proposed in the project of building smart campus of the school on the transformation of virtual data center.Finally,according to the expected goal,we successfully upgraded the data center of the school's traditional physical architecture,reasonably optimized the hardware resources,effectively improved the construction level of the school's smart campus,and achieved fruitful results.The application of vSphere virtualization technology based on VMware has become very mature and widely used.This paper seizes the opportunity of intelligent campus construction in Jiangsu Province,combines with the 13 th five year plan of construction and development of the school,and from the current actual situation,puts forward a virtual data center transformation scheme based on VMware technology for the school's data center construction.In addition,the paper also organizes industry experts and off campus representatives to carry out special demonstration on the scientificity and feasibility of the transformation scheme,and uses the advantages of the demonstration cases of the implemented virtual data center for reference,so as to eliminate the main problems in the actual operation process.According to the fully prepared transformation plan,this paper describes the complete transformation process of the virtual data center in detail,following the "three-step" thinking,that is,hardware environment optimization-software platform deployment-business platform migration.After three months of continuous trial operation and stress test,we have steadily migrated various business platforms to the virtualization environment,and finally completed the virtualization scheme design and practical application of all servers in the secondary vocational school based on VMware v Sphere.Through the construction of server virtualization,the whole data center has significantly improved and optimized compared with the traditional physical environment in terms of equipment cost,resource utilization,environmental energy consumption,intelligent management,etc.
