IT industry is developing fast in recent years, many kinds of enterprises is expanding their businesses constantly, not only promoted the progress of science but also promoted the growth of the economy. But here come the problems, the expansion business needs for more efficient management and development platform,then the demand for backend server is growing substantially,hardware purchasing cost and maintenance cost are also increasing fast, however the resources utilization efficiency is generally low,and with problems like high failure rate,difficult maintenance,low reliability. Especially for some large enterprises like telecom operators who has a strong network and huge data centers, problems of background data and resource management is becoming more and more serious,we can conclude that the traditional management platform is no longer suitable for requirements of companies which have many kinds of businesses today, the construction of a new management mode is needed.In recent years, with the gradually rise of cloud computing, applications of cloud computing are being loved by many big or small enterprises and even colleges or universities, as the core technology of cloud computing, virtualization technology is changing the whole infrastructure of the IT industry, and has brought the subversive adjustment and shock to traditional development and the management mode. This paper is based on the present situation of the backend server of NOC department, under the cloud computing planning of the whole company, aims to use abandoned server of offline businesses to set up a virtualized cloud management platform, to bear all management and producing businesses of the NOC department.On the basis of the instruction of virtualization theory, firstly, this paper did the integration and allocation about the existing physical resources of the department, determined the overall deployment plan of server, network and storage, constructed the infrastructure services layer to support the entire virtual platform. Secondly, installed the VMware vSphere products, ESXi hosts which mainly provides physical resources is used for running the virtual machines; Vcenter client management software is used for real-time monitoring and management for each virtual machine; Vmotion, DRS and HA component is responsible for the dynamic allocation of all kinds of virtual machines and application to balance calculation capacity of each virtual machine. Thirdly, based on the theory of software defined network, we used VMware NSX to virtualize network part, which makes configuration and management of network more convenient and quick. Then, we designed a test plan to alignment the vSphere virtual platform, including architecture of platform part and network part test, validate the platform can provide a reliable, efficient and flexible operational environment for the departments or enterprises. Using the platform for management and development,which can provides service resources dynamically and can meets the demand of business operations, and reaches the goal of saving hardware cost ?improving resource utilization?simplify the maintenance of the equipment, which will greatly improve the production efficiency of enterprises, and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
