Design And Implementation Of A Mobile Informatization-oriented Project Management Platform For Marketing Corporates

In an effort to remedy certain deficiencies currently existing in most projection management information systems such as early-stage project tracking and project initialization,enhance management competency from project opportunity,project tracking up to project touchdown,bring the synergies into play during project management,satisfy the management needs of certain corporates throughout a project's entire life-cycle,and hence to assist marketing corporates in promptly carrying out project initialization and tracking once a dormant business opportunity in market is spotted,by considering the nowadays development trend towards mobile informatization,Neusoft has been developing a mobile informatization-oriented project management platform for marketing corporates so as to perform certain management tasks including the identification of early-stage business opportunities,assignment of dedicated personnel for project tracking and up to project touchdown.Based on the current development of project management systems,this paper analyzed the current conditions and deficiencies of such similar systems during the course of project management support,and used this as the entry point for conducting demand analysis in consideration of the actual operation flow of the projects of marketing corporates,then proposed detailed development objectives from two aspects i.e.the function requirements and performance requirements of the system,and further split the system into five major modules namely daily work report,customer opportunity,marketing resources,authority management and data analysis.As for the mobile informatization-oriented project management platform for marketing corporates,the structural design of such mobile informatization system was carried out by using We Chat as its carrier and We Chat account number as the medium;each function module of the system was compiled by relying on Spring MVC Framework,JAVAEE and such other programming languages and relevant technologies;an algorithm inspired by the ideology of filtering algorithm was designed and developed to provide its users with accurate business opportunity recommendations;an inter-system conjoint analysis on data level was constructed by using the concepts of ETL data warehousing to design and develop the strategies applicable to resource management,run-queue and the dispatch thereof;and the single sign-on of this system and other existing systems used by the corporate was structured based on CAS SSO;the efficiency of data storage and access was improved on the database level by master-slave replication and read/write separation;and server load balancing was constructed on the server level by using HTTP random redirect strategies to improve its concurrent processing capacity.The aforementioned mobile informatization-oriented project management platform for marketing corporates has already been placed into service with satisfactory performance and managed to provide corporate personnel with management competency from project opportunity,project tracking up to project touchdown,and hence succeeded in satisfying management needs of a corporate throughout the entire life-cycle of any given project.
