Nowadays, when it comes to automobile, people would relate it to Benz and BMW; when it comes to commercial computer, people would remember IBM and Lenovo; when it comes to coffee house, people would associate it with Starbuck. All of this point to one thing:it is necessary for an enterprise to establish a unique image strategy so that it can stand out in fierce market competition and become a famous firm. However, CIS (Corporate Identity System) strategy is just the most wanted identity strategy that can unify a company’s inner and outer, behavior and image, and existence and development, lay solid enterprise foundation, enrich brand connotation and finally build a better corporate identity.CIS (Corporate Identity System) is generally divided into the three modules:mind identity, behavior identity and visual identity, and in the content of the behavior identity module, CRM, Network Marketing and so on have been the hot research subjects of e-commerce nowadays. And mobile e-commerce as an emerging field of research has become a new target of all industries. With it as the core, this thesis puts forward a universal architecture, and describes the design and implementation of it, and verify its availability by realizing internal and external enterprise needs in the CIS information process.This thesis is mainly about the following points:Firstly, introduce and analyze the theory architecture of CIS and the importance of mobile e-commerce, and analyze the research results and state-of-the-art of mobile e-commerce at home and abroad; also, it introduces some specific cases of the application of mobile e-commerce in CIS.Then, set up a feasible architecture to conduct technology selection according to the mobile e-commerce requirements of CIS information, and make the feasibility architecture design, including basic module, UI controller, communication, monitoring, security, batch and so on.Finally, taking the mobile CRM application and mobile network marketing application of a garment enterprise as an example, it verifies the architecture feasibility through the implementation of individual typical module.
