| In recent years,the country's requirements for safe production,energy saving and environmental protection of power plants have become higher and higher,making it more and more urgent for the power group to strengthen the control of its subordinate power plants' production processes.The geographical location of the power plants is generally relatively decentralized,so to strengthen informationization is an important starting point for the power group to achieve unified control.Through the establishment of centralized control centers in the Group,the real-time production data of subordinate power plants is centralized,followed by unified supervision and optimized dispatching.At the same time,the production data and business data are analyzed centrally and assisted in decision-making.This is a key method to make improvement in the production and operation level of subordinate power generation enterprises for the Power Generation Group.This thesis combines the actual needs of the current power group,uses data acquisition and transmission technology based on TCP/IP,adopts B/S architecture,and uses JAVA technology to design and implement the “Real-time Production and Operation Supervision System for the Power Generation Group”.The key content of this thesis is mainly divided into the following sections:1.Summarize and analyze the status of the information system of the power group and its subordinate power plants and the requirements for system construction.Analyze and design the system's real-time data collection,real-time data aggregation,management data aggregation and application functions;2.Using Java Socket technology to achieve the collection and transmission of various industrial communication protocols based on TCP/IP,realizing the collection and real-time production data collection of power plants under the power group;at the same time,using ETL tools to achieve the relationship data from the existing systems of the power plants;3.Using Java Web technology to develope application functions,including real-time monitoring module and abnormal monitoring module development.Through the above work,the system has realized the unified management of real-time production data and management of operation data of the power plants affiliated to the power group,as well as the application functions of real-time monitoring and abnormal monitoring and alarming of the production process,and realized digitalization,standardization and real-time supervision of production and operation of the power group.The power generation dispatch management level and production efficiency have been improved and the expected target has been achieved. |
