With the rapid development of science and technology, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) has been growing a wide range of applications in process industry. For chemical engineers in addition to finish some reports and flowcharts with some IT engineers, whether in the future course of their daily work the chemical engineers can analyze the relational database and real-time database data through the use of relatively simple tools and then get some deep information by calculation become an important issue to expand the field of process industry MES application.Production monitoring Assistant Decision-making system based on MES is designed to satisfy the practical need of process enterprise. PI Database of OSI and SQL SERVER of Microsoft is the software platform for information source which uses real-time database and relational database communication technology. Through this system, chemical engineers can analyze the data of deep-seated information at any time, explore the reality of the chemical process and then make high-efficiency and low-risk decisions.This article presents system's overall functionality and technical architecture at first, and then divides the system into five modules, database module, Middleware module, data flow module, regression module, energy consumption module by technology. Next this article introduces the five modules'the background, theoretical foundation, model building and algorithm. At last illuminates the task, regression and energy consumption examples to show the system's function.The realization of production monitoring assistant decision-making system can greatly improve the ability of production monitoring in the Coking Cooperation. It replaces the traditional production monitoring method which includes more human experience factors by more accurate way. It enhance the management and decision-making ability which foundation for the realization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
