Performance Evaluation On The Implementation Of Real Estate Module Of ERP System In A Company

In recent years,the affection by government regulation and control to the real estate is more and more big.The cost of the real estate projects continue to improve,the sales period of the real estate projects continue to extend.All of the factors prompted Real Estate Company to improve project management,especially in terms of cost,schedule control.ERP system as an integrated management information system,has ability to integrate OA,CRM,Project and other professional management software,and effectively plan an control all resources within the enterprise.So Real Estate Company like to use ERP system.But,the investigation and research in recent years show that the application of ERP system is not ideal,more than half of companies believe that ERP system applications have failed.In 2013,a company started Kingdee EAS system.Combined with the characteristics of the company and the project,the company designed the ERP system real estate module.Through the study,it is found that the success definition,evaluation model and evaluation method of ERP system are widely researched both at home and abroad.Some evaluation methods such as D&M model and evaluation index system,Markus three stage theory and ABCD test tables are also put forward.However,due to the high complexity of ERP system and its impact on enterprises beyond the past,the success definition,evaluation model and evaluation method of ERP system are still not unified.In order to evaluate the implementation effect of an enterprise ERP system,and find the key factors of ERP implementation success,the author in this paper uses the existing evaluation model and evaluation index,combining with the characteristics of an enterprise,found the application evaluation system which combines the function design of ERP system target test and the user satisfaction evaluation.The author evaluated the real estate module of ERP system in this enterprise.After examining the function target of real estate enterprise ERP system,found that the real estate enterprise ERP system module functions basically consistent with the expected goal,has certain advance,but there are some problems and imperfections in the system.Through the evaluation of the user satisfaction of the ERP system,the comprehensive satisfaction score was 6.91 points(10 points),close to the standard of "satisfactory".But there is company of group of user satisfaction,user satisfaction low level subsidiary;high user satisfaction is high,low level of user satisfaction and low satisfaction;the low quality and the service quality of the system;the contract management module and a low degree of satisfaction.In this paper,the author analyzes the evaluation according to the evaluation,and finds out the main influencing factors which affect the evaluation of ERP system application effectiveness,and sets up targeted measures.
